  • East Africa (K) Region Human Resources Manager
    The Human Resources Manager reports to the East Africa (K) Regional Manager and is responsible for managing the HR function, assisting in the implementation of the HR strategy, and delivering timely HR advice.
    He / she will be responsible for:
  • Administration of the EAK HR function: (e.g. coordinating the preparation of employment and sub-consultant contracts; preparing and maintaining personal files for all employees and consultants…);
  • Induction;
  • Providing HR support to the EAK Region (e.g. responding to HR queries; providing education on and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures; disciplinary action…);
  • Participation in Ongoing HR Projects (e.g. working on global, regional and national projects…);
  • Any other duties assigned by the Regional Manager.Qualifications and Experience
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline;
  • A minimum of five years’ experience as an HR Generalist;
  • Experience in all aspects of human resources;
  • Good interpersonal, oral and verbal communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse and multi-disciplinary environment;
  • Ability to provide good HR advice;
  • An understanding of current HR practice and methodologies, including a sound knowledge of the labour laws;
